Dennis - After a long weekend of putting, Dennis fought through the fatigue and brought home his second win of the season. Posting a sub-90 score combined with Clayton finding ten shots he didn't have in the 2nd round gave Dennis the 5-stroke victory. James tied Clayton with a steady performance.
Congratulations to the following RPC members on their fine showing this past weekend as the Virginia Tour came to Roanoke. In the Pro division, Dennis cashed in two of the three events with a 3rd place finish on Saturday and a 6th in Sunday's Virginia Putting Classic. Clayton cashed in all three APA events. He won Saturday's first tournament, placed 6th in the nightcap and was runner-up in the VPC. James got paid twice with his strongest finish being runner-up to Clayton on Saturday. Geoff earned some money with a 5th place finish in the first tournament of the weekend. Towers won the Novice division on Saturday and Hunter won Novice in the VPC.
